Handmade items
Please note that all of our products are handmade and no product will be identical. This may cause some products to have flaws, no items will be identical. We are not responsible for reactions from the materials, please make sure you are not allergic prior to purchase. This includes latex allergies.
Return/Exchange policy
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns/exchanges, our products are personalized and made to order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any issues. After 24 hours we do not offer replacements.
Changes
We only accept changes to your order within the first 24 hours, after 24 hours your products will be sent to production and no changes can be made. If you have any questions please e-mail us at Support@banditmonthly.com
Processing times

Shipping
Once your package has been given to USPS we are not responsible for "lost" or "damaged" products, you can reach out to your local post office for more information on your products. Please Note, due to Covid shipping times are taking longer than usual and packages are not being tracked as normal. Do not rely on the USPS website for updates on your package. If you would like to purchase insurance, please reach out to us and we can help you with this BEFORE your order has shipped.
